I scanned my computer with Kaspersky and it detected key logger on Audition of Redbana but I can't find the option to disinfect or quarantine it, and the Disinfect all at the bottom isn't available and when I click on Quarantine next to it it opens a Open file window. So how can I disinfect the key logger and still can play the game?

You don't need to do anything at all to quarantine or disinfect. Kaspersky automatically dealt it already either by deleting or disinfecting. What you see in 'Detected' is a backup copy of that keylogger. Go to 'Help' then go to the 'Index' tab and then scroll down to 'Scan: action on deleted object' and hit 'Display' and you will see this
'When disinfecting or deleting an object, the application creates a backup copy in case the object needs to be restored, or an opportunity arises later to treat it.'
'If you are working in the automatic mode, the application will automatically apply the action recommended by Kaspersky Lab's experts when a dangerous object is detected. For malware objects this action is Disinfect. Delete if disinfection is not possible, for suspicious objects - Skip.'
