I have a yahoo email address that i use as my login for myspace and facebook but i haven't actually logged into the actual email in over a year, and i tried a couple months ago and then today and i don't remember my password. so i clicked forgot your password? and then i entered my info and birthday and stuff, and it said it didn't recognize it. but its all correct and its what i entered at first. so either something happened with the email address or someone hacked it and changed my info. do you know how i could get back into my email??? pleaseeee help

Your account hasn't been hacked. Your account was pretty much deleted. After 4 months of inactivity, and account becomes inactive. At that point it can be reactivated, but any emails, user-created folders, contacts, etc. would be gone and not retrievable. But after as long as a year, that account no longer exists because of inactivity and can't be reactivated. There's nothing you can do about it.
