How can I install Norton antivirus in my laptop since my CD/DVD drive is not working?

I have already bought the Norton 360 on cd, but then I realised that the cd drive is not working on my laptop.

Can i copy the Norton into a USB memory stick and then installit through it into my laptop.

By the way any idea how to make my cd drive work?
