How can I quarantine viruses in kaspersky anti-virus 2009?

As my question states how can i quarantine viruses and other things in kaspersky because when i finished my full scan i tried to quarantine the viruses but instead a folder came up and i couldn't do anything. If someone knows what to do to disinfect or quarantine the virus please help me. Thanks.
