Hi, Firstly take a proper backup of registry by going to Start-Run and then type regedit and press ok. Ur registry windows will open in that go to File- Export. This wil help you in taking backup of ur registry. Give path to ur D Drive or specify any other drive other than c drive coz, by default registry is present in c dirve & so that you can again import it or copy to its original location after u make changes to registry coz if anything goes wrong while making changes in registry ur computer may have some problems while starting. Then Press control F. A find pop up window will appear in that you type the software name and then delete it or make the changes u want. and then save it by going to file- save and then exit registry. Reboot ur computer and then check.
