How can I restore my default settings to the windows XP desktop?

September 20th, 2008 · 1 Comment

Okay, so my step-dad is so stupid when it comes to computers, and he thought it was just so spectacular when he changed the settings. Now, the icons on my desktop are like barely visible but spaced apart, the text is insanely large, and every time I go on a website it’s so blown up I have to scroll all the way to the right to see the other half of it.

****I tried doing system restore to before he messed it all up, and I tried changing the settings in the Properties menu.

Please help, this computer looks like it’s meant for old people losing their site and I feel “mentally challenged” when I use it.
