How can I restore my files from a backup with an exstension of .fbw? Its from HP?

I have backed up many important files from my HP Recovery Program and I am trying to Restore it so I can get certain spreadsheet and documents. The HP Recovery Program doesnt respond and was wondering what other programs can I use to open a file that has and .FBW file exstension? It made a MINWINPC folder and then inside that folder is another folder with 2 files. BACKUP.1 and it has a program icon and the second (25 gigs ) has no program association. Are there any othjer programs or methods I can use to get my important files? Thanks
