It is a malware
UNOBI.DLL has been seen to perform the following behavior:
* The Process is packed and/or encrypted using a software packing process
* Found on infected systems and resists interrogation by security products
* Executes a Dynamic Link Library File as a process
* The process hooks code into all running processes which could allow it to take control of the system or record keyboard input, mouse activity and screen contents
UNOBI.DLL has been the subject of the following behavior:
* Added as a Registry auto start to load Program on Boot up
* Executed as a Process
* Copied to multiple locations on the system
* Registered as a Dynamic Link Library File
* Created as a process on disk
* Executed as a process
* The process is hooked into all running processes which could allow it to take control of the system or record keyboard input, mouse activity and screen contents

Its a virus and has to be removed. You really should download AVG and Malewarbytes they are free and safe i promise. You can get them free here http://www.nicklockard.com/Downloads.htm… I suggest that you get professional help that will give you a free remote diagnostic because even these programs cant get rid of everything
