First remove all your music from your hard drive, i.e. put it on a cd or on an external hard drive. Then right click on your virus protector and disable it for 15 minutes. Then do a search for the word napster on your computer. When the results show up, go to each and delete it but don't delete the uninstall file for Napster. When all other files are deleted then go to the uninstall file and uninstall napster. Then run search for the word Napster again. Delete anything else that shows up with Napster on it. Then run a virus scan and clean up your computer desktop and start menus including your tool bars. That should do it. Good Luck
