My computer had the security tool virus and this computer used to have mcafee but no longer is active, just keeps asking me if i want to subscribe to it again. bought this computer used. i went out and bought Norton antivirus 2010 but it wont let me install it until i completely unistall mcafee. i tr to unistall mcafee at the add remove programs but it wont let me. i click on it and nothing happens. eveything i try to do to delete mcafee it wont let me. i click on mcafee unistall wizard and it wont do anything either. HELP!!

Oh, I hate Norton. Try to just install Norton and it may give you the option to remove Mcafee while installing Norton.

Get the mcafee removal tool from here -

and after it reboots , you can install norton .
