Hello. I need your help badly! My question: How do you uninstall a program in Windows Vista when you cannot get the operating system to load or start (I get the Blue Screen of Death now (BSOD)) …and I have a second Windows Vista operating system installed on my computer running fine? Is there some way for me to get into the files of the "bad" Windows Vista that cannot start from the "good" Vista that is fine to uninstall programs? I have tired all means necessary to try to repair the "bad" Windows Vista and I am not to the point of having to do a clean install! I am not very happy!!! My reason is that I am trying to save a registered activation for a program installed on my "bad" Vista, and to get my activation restored back to me. In order to do this, I have to uninstall this particular program program which is installed on my "bad" Vista. But obviously I cannot when I am unable to get the "bad" Vista to start in order to do it. There must be a way from the Vista that is fine for me to get into the files of the "bad" Vista and uninstall this particular program. NOTE: For your information, I am an administrator of both the "bad" and "good" Windows Vista operating systems on my computer. Any suggestions or facts are appreciated!!! Please indicate if your process is a fact or suggestion. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! THANKS!!!
Let me add, I cannot do a "repair install" of the bad Vista. The only option I have available to me is the Clean Installation option. The "Upgrade" option (option used for a "repair install") is grayed-out when I use my Vista DVD-ROM. I cannot do an upgrade because I have to be within the Windows environment (on the Vista desktop of the bad Vista) in order to do so. …which I obviously cannot get to start.
let me add. System Restore has been "off" on the "bad" Windows Vista for some time now. I do not have System Restore available. I do not have any restore points. The Vista DVD-ROM provides this option in its advanced settings, and it shows I have no restore points.

You can't those are two are one two different partitions and are separated. If you can try booting in safe mode. If you can't then boot in safe with Command Promt. and type in rstrui.exe and restore the system to about 2 weeks before it started and then uninstall it and delete all files with it.
