I’m on my parents computer which is connected with a wireless adapter and the internet is much faster on this computer.. yet my computer is connected directly to the modem and over the past week the internet on my computer has become unbearbly slow out of nowhere.
Do I have malware or something? I can’t download a malware scanner because all downloads take like an hour to finish because of the slow speeds.
At first I thought it was my ISP (AT&T Broadband) but now that I am on my parents computer I realize it just must be my PC if this computer’s internet is running fine and mine isnt.

Clean your cache go to 'start' - accessories- tools - disk cleaner ..check on temporary internet,temporary,compress old files and recycle bin if it doesnt work might have malware,spyware,adware try downloading Spybot Search & Destroy it's free
