Okay, so I turn on my computer this afternoon.. and my desktop wallpaper is blue, and it basically says: "Warning! Spyware detected on your computer! Install and antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer." Know how I might be able to take it off? o_O Also, I have Antivirus XP on my desktop. And it says that I have alot of viruses.

It is not an Antivirus product. That is a malware. It has been going around. I have seen two or three users with that on their system. Search for "Removing Antivirus XP" on the net and you will find some downloads that will remove it.
I downloaded the spyware remover that Chip mentioned and it cleaned the systems out.

You have visited a site which has pushed this junk onto the machine. You either accepted it, or you are running with the download confirmation turned off, the most dangerous way to use the machine on the web. You now need to install a reliable anti-spyware and anti-virus. Try AVG free from http://free.avg.com. Update it and restart into safe mode. Run its' scan from there.

Boot into safemode (F8 when booting) then run system restore to take your computer to the day before the problem started

Hi you have a spy ware infection and the prompt is to scare you. Start up in safe mode with networking. F8 on start-up select option. This should enable you to download http://www.ccleaner.com/download, This will clean out most of the crap, and enable you to get "spy bot" and "ad aware" for regular clean-ups. AVG free is a very good virus scanner that you should have and use.

Firstly, antivirus programs will NOT remove these as they are malicious codecs and millions of people have had this parasite. I have had over 1600 hits to my blog post in a matter of weeks on this pest alone.
This free program will remove it completely:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

You installed it.
Hasn't anyone ever explained that legitimate companies do not resort to pop up windows to get you to buy stuff? Nor do they spam your email, nor do they send those grey pop up warning boxes you get warning of impending doom, computer failure, and world domination by tribbles.
Well I guess you know now, don't you??
Bet you would like to get rid of that, wouldn't you?
Lucky i am a total computer nerd. *lol*
