How do i access a page in Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0?

I have kaspersky internet security 7.0 and it seems that so many websites are coming up forbidden, which is extremely annoying as these include wikipedia and craigslist. now i can add one specific web page to the trusted zone, so i get that access, but say i add craigslist.org, now i cant access anything further into the site! help me fix this, i even turn web anti virus off and these pages continue to be forbidden
