I recently switched to a mac and there is a mail icon on the bottom where i can check my mail from there instead of logging on through yahoo.com. I have successfully added AOL as a mail client, and i wish to add Yahoo! but an error message keeps appearing. How do i successfully add Yahoo? Any input would be gladly appreciated.

Are you using the "free" Yahoo! Mail, or do you have a "Plus" Yahoo! Mail account you're paying for?
If free, then the only access to mail is via a web brower. The "free" Y! Mail doesn't do POP access via a mail app.
