How do I block a site so that it can only be unblocked with a password?

here is my problem folks.

I'm fifteen, and i play a stupid, stupid game called Runescape.
I dunno if you've ever heard of it, but i have a serious addiction to it.

tonight, im quitting.

so serious, that i don't trust myself to stay off of it on willpower alone. My plan is to somehow block the website (www.runescape.com) and then make the password (the one that usually the parents would know to keep content from their kids?) some incoherent, randomly entered characters. such as asdlihfkajsdbf - so i don't know what it is. That way i won't be able to access runescape.com, and i can get on with my life.

any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
