well im going to use AVG free instead so id like to cancel my subscription to norton, but i dont know how? can anybody help me?

To Whom it May Concern!
I noticed on my computer that Norton has reinstalled or automatically renewed my subsricption for another year, without me knowing about it. It was supposed to be removed from automatic renewal as of last year. I want it cancelled, right away. I do not want this security on my computer. It absolutely bogs my system down and is very slow. I will not pay for this service any longer and will be removed from my credit card. I did not authorize this to be installed on my computer, for this year, PLEASE REMOVE!
