If you are using Windows Defender or Windows Firewall then go to START, Control Panel, Network And Internet Connections, Windows Firewall. Then go to the exceptions list and un check Internet Explorer of Firefox or whatever. If you are using some other FireWall then go to its settings(like click on the icon then go to internet settings) and look for firewall and look for the exceptions tab. Un check any programs you don’t want blocked. Glad to help!
