how do I check fpr viruses on my laptop when the screen is froze up to a blue screen?

my lap top has viruses but I cant open up to starter screen. when I turn it on I get a blue screen with tech numbers on it and its says to check for viruses! I cant get in… Help!!!

      hmmmm,,, i think the blue screen your referring to is the same as the screen that flashes on mine just before it starts/boots up. You might be able to try starting it in safe mode, which will start up with out any installed programs, from there I think you can add the programs you want to run, such as your security program, one at a time. I’ll look and see if I can find the directions for starting it up that way. BRB
