How do I Check what I have for a firewall?

I have a firewall blocking my internet connection. I already checked my windows firewall settings and thats not the problem. But there is another program that isn't allowing me to log into itunes or internet explorer or anything. The only thing that does work for me is my verizon yahoo web browser.
