How do I connect my Xbox 360 and my PC Tower to my Monitor?

I am hoping to buy v/ soon a Microsoft Xbox 360 and a new Widescreen PC Monitor (19") and I was wondering how I'll be able to connect my PC tower to my monitor using a VGA cable and at the same time connect the Xbox using a special VGA cable????????? Any ideas? Please help. 10points best answer! Thanks

This might work or might not
connect the computer to the monitor with a VGA cable
connect the xbox 360(assuming ur buying one with a hdmi output, all new ones have it) and use a HDMI to DVI cable to connect to the monitor

The monitor would have to support both the VGA and DVI connects which most new monitors do.
