I just received it a while ago, & on the blue screen, I received this message:
STOP: c000021 a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000000d (0×00000000 0×00000000). The system has been shut down.
*Does this mean my computer crashed? I just got infected yesterday with that Antivirus 2008 PRO. & Ever since May, I've been having problems with my registry, & having Trojan.Zlob . Also Error Code 19 & the DVD+RW is corrupted. I have Windows XP.
I've tried EVERYTHING I can to fix all this! How much does it cost for me to get all this fixed by a technician? & is it true that computer techs take advantage of people like dealers & mechanics do with cars?
It won't let me start in safe mode.

Nothing can be done other than updating ur operating system with the latest service pack..i.e.with ur sp3 for ur xp..and sp`1 for vista..

I'm not sure how you deal with it. My computer once bluescreened, and I did something to get it to stop..I just don't remember what. But it was incredibly easy. It might not cost you much at all..just fiddle around with everything. Anybody can take advantage of other people and there's always that possibility..what that percentage is though, I have no idea. Nowdays though, I think everybody is ripping everyone else off with the high prices…

Try to restart it in safe mode,press F8 when your screen comes up,then choose last known good configuration.If you get it running,use this link and follow the directions exactly,it will get rid of the antivirus 2008.
