I have 2 programs that keep poping up everytime i use my computer…they are some kind of antivirus thing but i alredy have virus protection. it is located down at the bottom where the time is?

Go to start, settings, control Panel, Add or Remove programs, select the two programs you want to delete, one at a time. This should solve your problem.

It's a setting. It loads it in your virtual memory every time you open your computer. Your antivirus its always running. That makes your computer work slower. (theoretically… if you have enough memory, it won't). If you don't want that setting, you should just disable it. Go to the programs' properties, control panel or something. If it's just the firewall, you shouldn't worry.
