I am trying to delete HP's Easy Internet Services. It has a pop up that has a blank page and is really frustrating. I went to the task manager and the process is called HPSdpApp.exe I can end the process but it will pop up again 10 minutes later. I checked the properties of the program and found out that it runs under the Easy Internet services program. I went to the search menu o delete it and the only thing that the search menu found was a shortcut to the program. I then went to the uninstall menu in the control panel to try and finr it and it is not there. What else can I do?

find the dir where u installed it
e.g- C:\Program Files\ESET\NOD32 Antivirus\uninstall.exe
u'll find the uninstall setup of the program like uninstall.exe in the install dir
execute it and uninstall, u r done

you might need to do this in safe mode, if you bring up the properties again there should be a button that says "find target" or words to that effect, if you click on that it will take you to the install folder, then just delete it. reboot and run a registry cleaner.

right click the shortcut icon, select properties, click find target,
then from its folder, look for an uninstall program or otherwise, if it does not have any uninstall, the best way is to get the HPcd software and try to remove the program from there.
