How do i delete a virus on Kaspersky?

On my computer when i’m scanning for viruses using kaspersky it says there are infected areas (i think viruses),
but it doesn’t say how to delete them all it says is disinfect
(which is greyed out) or quarrantine.

When i click quarrantine it pops up saying open with all my folders and everything and i don’t know what to do. :S
