I just bought the full version of kaspersky internet security 2009. I scanned my computer and got a few detected files. i went to the reports and their still listed under active threats! On the button the disinfect button is greyed out only the quarantine button there but when i click on it, it tells me to open files. i don;t know wat to do and how to get the files out of my computer?!!! PLEASE HELP

To badman: but kaspersky marked most of them as very dangerous so i have to just leave them??? and also the quarantine when i click on it, it opens as for example like u were opening pictures its just a normal open files thingy. so i don;t even know wat to do with that >.<

If it is an important file antiviruses won’t let you clean them, but rather put them in quarantine as to not break your system.

Right click on KIS icon and go to> System Security, then go to> securities analyzer and run it, what you have is not malicious programs they are vulnerabilities all your programs need to be updated. You have a Kaspersky forum for this create a free account and post your question
