How do i delete items that are recently changed on my windows vista xp.?

when i click on recycle bin. i click on recently changed. i have unwanted files on there. I right clikc and try to delete and it says move to recycle bin. i click yes and then it says couldnt not find this item.
anyone know how to delet these 2 files on recently changed in recycle bin.

yes i know but it wont let me. i go to recycle bin and click on recently changed. but it doesnt give me an option to delete contents. i try to to drag the files to recycle bin but it says cannot find item

      on the recycle bin u can click delete contents just do that

      At the top is a file button. Click on that and it should have a remove or delete line , click on that and follow instructions

      Hi, there is a very very small software called ” Unlocker “. You can find this in freeware sites like: filehippo, Majorgeeks, Freewarefiles.

      -Download,Install & Use this. Click on it, it will appear on system tray.
      -Now right click Ur file which u want 2 delete and click Unlocker option.
      -It will give you set of options select delete and click ok (0r)
      If it has been locked it will unlock it and asks u for further action.
