I have a non registered version of Spyware Doctor that only scans for viruses. It has found 27 infections. I know the paths of the viruses but am not sure what to do. Spyware Doctor gives me the paths to the infections. Most of the infections are located in the registry and I know how to go into the registry [using run=regedit=etc.] and find them but im not sure what to do next. Is it safe to delete the file from regedit or not? There is also an infection that is in C:\WINDOWS\system32 and cookies that are categorized as high risked. [Also do not know how to delete these.]
p.s. I have tried avg free; ewido-anti-spyware; Ad-aware; Spybot S&D; RogueRemover. (none found the infections that Spyware Doctor found)
In desparate need for help
Please answer in details.

Haha you downloaded the free trial thing. What you have to do is download Spyware Doctor thru a Google pack which will give you the program for free.
I did the same thing

You can't unless you get a serial. Use search and destroy instead its free and its more powerful than any spyware. Its even recommended to run after running those expensive spy cleaner can you imagine that? use spyware for quick scan and use spybot to clean them.

Infections that are found in a system folder. (system32) uh oh..
cookies, if you are using internet explorer:start<control panel<internet options<browsing history
and you should be able to find it yourself from there..

Use AVG anti-virus, and also use any anti-spyware program BUT syware doctor. It's a good program, IF you have the full version, but the free version is useless, because you can't use it to delete anything it picks up.

Get Hijack This, run a log. Go to a forum such as Bleeping Computer and join. Post the hijack this log and ask for assistance. You also need to run something like Avira Antivir, a free download, more than once. But run it every day. You can delete the cookies in IE by going to internet options, delete cookies, delete files, and clear history. Without any other information, it is hard to tell what you have. Best course, let one of the moderators at those sites help you through it. Good luck.

It only means that the other anti-virus did not find it too risky to be called it as a virus. Spyware Doctor has different level of detection and might be detected those that are risk on your computer.Non registered version are not capable of deleting it. It only detects. If you are not sure about it, you may just leave it unless you don't experience trouble using your computer.

Hello,
This is a sign of either a spyware, adware, malware, or trojan infection. This is NOT good. You need to fix this now before it makes your computer totally inoperable. Either by yourself or by a professional.
Spyware, Adware, Malware, and Trojans can be a very difficult thing to remove from your computer. I know this from experience.
A couple of months ago, my computer totally crashed. I tried almost all of the programs out there. AVG, Super Anti-Spyware, Avast, and multiple others.
My computer was so jacked up it was ridiculous. I thought that I would have to get a new computer. I didn't know what else to do.
It wasn't until my friend told me about a website that he found in google, that I finally found a solution to my computer problems.
He told me that the website reviews the best spyware, adware, malware, and trojan removal products.
I checked out the site, and went ahead and downloaded the #1 program and ran the free scan.
The scan found over 290 harmful programs including: spyware, adware, malware, and trojans.
It then asked me to register the product. I knew there had to be a catch. It was around $59 dollars to register. I didn't get it at first.
But then, my computer kept crashing and became totally inoperable. I knew I had to do something.
I went ahead and bit the bullet and paid the $59 to register the product. It was the best thing I have ever done for my computer. My computer runs great, and now I don't have to buy a new one. A savings of about $1,000 dollars.
I am so happy I found this site. It saved me from having to get a new computer, and ended my spyware, adware, malware, and trojans problems once and for all.
I believe the site was called http://www.honest-spyware-review.com , or something like that.
Hope this helps,
-Dan
