How do i delete/uninstall this file?

Right i installed Black and White it was a sold out game thingy but it didn't work. I tried to install it but it wont work it keep coming up with error and when i try to delete it with file shredder it says file in use when it isn't Please can anyone explain to me in a way that is easy to understand of how to delete this stupid programe.

Please dont say reboot because i am trying to avoid that
