How do I disable the firewall of a router?

I cannot access a certain site so I emailed their support group and they said

“The tracerout indicates that the connection filtered by your router. Please disable the firewall of the router or allow the connection from the router’s settings.”

How would I go about doing that?

I'm not using Smart Bro….

      Its not a firewall problem, the tech support you spoken to is incompetent.

      I suggest you change your DNS seems like its causing you problem, and if your using Smart bro its definitely DNS problem, their DNS service is set up by a blind retarded monkey, and their tech support are incompetent
