I had a bad virus, computer was in the shop, when I got it back it says I need to protect it with an anti virus. I went to Yahoo for the free one and can’t seem to get it to download.

Norton antivirus is not free.
Go to http://www.norton.com to buy it.
You’ll have to search for other antivirus trials to get them for free.
Try avast if you want one for free.

If you have payed for Norton then it will help you . It should take you through all the steps and show you what to do.If you are having problems then there is a number you can call and it will tell you the number. I love Norton. Good choice.

I don’t like Norton at all at it slows down computers/internet in most cases and its not free so its a personal decision if you wanna get it or not.
The best antivirus program you can get off the net, in my opinion and most polls on the internet is http://www.free-av.com/

In a recent test I heard about, ESET Smart Security is by far the best. Don't go for Norton, as it is 3rd last. For Anti virus, try ESET NOD32. For lifetime protection, try AVG or Avast!.
I use ESET Smart Security
