I'm a comcast customer, well my dad is and i'm trying to download the mcafee onto my laptop but when I try signing into comcast.net..it won't let me, but it will on comcast.com
I don't want to read anything about downloading some other antivirus, i'm trying to download mcafee ok?
so…what do I have to do?

Goto http://www.comcast.net. Click the security tab at the top of the screen. After doing so its going to ask you for a login and password. The login is going to be the email address without the @comcast.net just the name for excample your email address is menlove@comcast.net for user name you would just put menlove then your password what ever it would be. And then it will give you the option to download Mcafee.

You have to get on your comcast.net account. If your password and account name is different then that is the problem. Whatever is your email address on comcast.net is your sign on. Use that and your password. If your Dad has an email sign on with his account. Once you get on, on the top right click on security from there you will see Mcafee.
