How do I firewall my home wireless network to block filesharing programs?

I have a wireless network from Comcast and my neighbors kids use it sometimes and I dont mind but I would like to block filesharing programs that slow me down by hogging bandwith (i.e. Limewire, uTorrent and Bearshare). Many hotels I have stayed in have done this so I know its possible.

Not so sure about the settings but ZoneAlarm might have it, if not just go to network then firewall setting and check off the sites.
