How do I fix my Blue Screen Error without having to use a CD?

My computer keeps restarting itself, I can’t get into safe mode or anything Windows XP won’t even start up it just keeps restarting. I’m being told I may need to get a Windows Xp Disc to reinstall software or some kind of boot disc.. I don’t have money to buy a Disc nor do I know anyone that will let me borrow one or do the work for me…How can I fix this without the Disc?
