How do I fix my Norton Security Online?

I tells me that I need to update but when I update it, it says all the stuff is up-to-date, it shouldn't expire because it comes with my internet.

      Hi

      If it comes free with your internet subscription, yes, it should not expire. Seems like you did not install it right first time. Please uninstall and reinstall it. If that does not work, call your internet service provider and they will walk you through the reinstallation.

      That will surely work.
