how do i fix my windows vista sidebar?

my daughter was on the computer and she accidently click on the toolbar that's on the bottom and now it's on the right side how do i put it back on the bottom of the screen?i have windows vista

      right hand click on it make sure the box that says lock the tool bar is un ticked then click on it and drag in to the bottom off the screen
