how do i fix this error: Rundll32.exe - application error

full error message:

Rundll32.exe - application error
the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). click on OK to terminate the application.

this message pops up when i log into windows and when i try to do anything in control pannel or cmd

      You are probably infected with spyware, Vundo if I’m guessing correctly. If that’s the one, your best bet is Malwarebytes’ Anti Malware. (It’s free.)

      I was having the same problem.
      a (0xc0000005)error
      is an access violation error.

      To solve this I used a program that monitors the programs at start up, you can use CClean like I did or you can goto
      run:msconfig->startup tab
      then disable the programs that use ‘Rundll32′

      one or more of them are doing something that they shouldn’t be. Either disable them one by one and restart or just kill them all like I did.
