I have Trend Micro. A little thing popped up in the bottom right hand corner of my screen saying "Trojan horse program found. TROJ BOLTOLOG.H"
So I clicked on it and went to their site, but it didn't tell me how to get rid of it. And when I open the Trend Micro and go to logs, it says the quarantined failed. I would add the file myself, but I don't know how to find the file.
It also doesn't show it in Quarantined Files. And under logs, you can 'delete' but it says deleting is removing only the log entries.
So, I need to know how to get rid of this. I tried scanning, but it didn't find anything. Help please??!

Trend Micro isn't the best thing to use. If I were in your situation I would go ahead and download the following:
Kaspersky (The free trial version)
Malwarebytes (Freeware)
Install them both and update them. After updates run a full scan with Kaspersky first (It's mainly anti-virus). It should find the file and quarantine it or delete it (depending on what it finds). Usually to find a virus that has it's own on-start file you could do the following:
Click on start, then click on run. The window will pop up in the lower left, type in: "misconfig" (Without the quotes). Go to the startup tab and look for anything that doesn't look quite right (They'll usually be a .exe file… however if you need more help with what to disable at start-up feel free to message me).
The above is just for knowledge purposes, the anti-virus (Kaspersky) and the anti-malware (Malwarebytes) should get rid of the problem for you.
Hopefully this answers your question!
If you need more help feel free to e-mail me with qestions or comments concerning your computer (Cberg2020@yahoo.com).
