How do I get rid of viruses with Kaspersky Internet Security?

Kasperksy detected 5 threats and it wont let me click the disinfect link and the quarantine button just brings up a list of folders on from my computer.

P.S.: I know the threats are still on my computer because when i click disinfected threats, nothing shows up.
