ive had this fake thing for so long now poping up on my screen annoying me , but i cant get rid of it,, how do i remove it, FREE

Does the message say your registry isnt good or something and it always pops up wheather your on the internet or not. Well if so its easy to get rid of. Just go to start-run-type in services.msc

then scroll down to messanger-double click on it, and where it says startup type switch it to disabled.
