norton is just a piece of junk i using norton as a test and it hasnt found one anti-virus or anti-spywhere sooo i dont trust norton you should try superantispywhere google to find it or you can try spywhere doctor

There are a few different things that you can do.
1) download Spybot Search and Destroy, run the scan, fix problems
2) download Ccleaner. Analyze, then run cleaner. This will clean out all of the junk on your computer.

tracking cookies are not harmful programs,they simply help you open a webpage faster when you reopen it,choose ignore
