How do I get vcast rhapsody’s DLL to download to finish installation?

running vista, even turn off all firewalls and still won't finish installation. registry is clean and no viruses. this is the 3rd music program that won't download. Before it was because I use a broadband connection, is it the case with verizon's Vcast as well?
