some of those themes need a special program that lets you use those themes…go to youtube.com and search in windowblinds for free and there should be a vid that will show you how to get windowblinds for free and those themes on windowblinds counting the ones on wincustomize.org will work for window xp so instead of trying to figure out which program you need to use the themes you download just go to youtube.com
