How do I install Norton 360 onto my laptop?

I have a wireless connection and Norton installed on my desktop PC and want to know how to install it on my laptop as well. I thought I was quite good at computers but turns out im not!

      Use the installation CD or download it from the Norton website but you will need the security key located on the box when you purchased it.

      Firstly, go to the norton 360 folder. Right click on it and select share this folder. Note down the IP address of your desktop PC. If you have wireless installed and working, then go to run command in your laptop,
      put the following command:
      // (the IP address of your PC)
      if there is a password for your desktop, you will have to enter it here. Once you have entered, you will reach the shared folders. Copy norton 360 from shared folder and paste it on to your laptop. open the folder and run setup

      PS: to know Ip address of your PC, got to run in your PC and type cmd
      the DOS prompt opens and type IPCONFIG

      I did it using windows wizard and a usb lead but i cant remember how.

      If it’s a CD, follow the instructions in the manual.

      If it’s a file download, open the installer file, then follow the instructions from there.
