you need to deep clean your drivers and you need to remove files that have the anti spy.

that blue screen that is in the background is spyware. you were duped by installing a program that was doing nothing but infecting you with spyware.
plus you are always going to be infected by spyware. the second you turn on your computer and go somewhere on the internet, its over, theyve won

Boot your computer into safe mode, then do the scans with each of the scanners… Also, while in safe mode, delete any of the files that the scanners found.
I'd recommend SAS free edition from http://www.superantispyware.com and Spybot Search and Destroy, if you don't have them already.
Also get cleanup! from http://stevengould.org and run it while in safe mode to delete all your temporary files, where some viruses/spyware hide.
What is happening is 1 of 2 things.
Either something has attached itself to the "winlogin" command and/or a process is running in the backgroud watching for a remover to kill the main process, and is turning around and setting the machine up to be infected again as soon as you reboot.
To get into safe mode, start tapping the F8 key repeatedly right after you turn the computer on, keep tapping until you get a menu where you can select safe mode with the arrow keys and press enter…

In short… You won't really ever know…
Honestly, once you are infected (assuming you know that you are), you never really know if you truly have cleaned the system as your clean up engine is only as good as what people have discovered so far and have written signatures to remove the spyware. Some people use certain software that has behaviour techniques to remove malicious anomolies to complement the above behaviour.
I hate to say it, but many times, the only option to truly know that you are "clean" is to rebuild the entire system periodically to clean your environment. That is why good backups of important files are a must if you ever need to restore files.
Lastly, the last bit of advice is never to truly believe you are totally safe/secure (not to be a pessimist). Always check your credit report and check you statements as it is your personal information and financial information that really you are most concerned with…
Cheers!

That little blue screen that says something like warning your computer is infected click here blah…blah. but have you noticed it covers things up. Its a trap and you fell into it. Only be live what your computer tells you not the Internet. For any results you have to ask for it like an on line scan, just stop falling for that crap or you will continue around in circles.
