OK, first of all, my Internet Explorer, for some reason it just automatically shut downs for some reason and freezes frequently. It takes a long time to load websites. Even Google. I want to make it faster, but I don't know how. But, I want to make it faster, without doing anything that might damage my computer. So, how can I make Internet Explorer faster?
- I have Windows XP
-My computer is an Emachines T824
-Internet Explorer is IE7

I already have AVG and deleted my history and cookies!

I'm guessing you have hi speed service, first of all.
Sounds like you may have a virus. Run your virus protection program and see if it turns up anything. If you don't have a virus protection program, download AVG and install it.
