      Click: START
      Click: RUN
      Type in: msconfig
Click on the START UP tab at the top
Make sure the Symantec boxes have a check mark in them
      Click: Apply
      Click: OK

Restart computer for changes to take effect.

Also, check your settings in the Symantec program window to make sure you’re allowing it to run at start up.
