For my school I am using “Blackboard” in order to communicate, collaborate, with professors and other classmates on-line. I am trying to post a new thread in the discussion board and for some reason the window to type in my message is not showing up. When i use Firefox I am able to post a new thread but not when I’m using Internet Explorer. Does anyone know what the problem is? I think it might be some kind of add-on…I am also operating on Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1.

It’s one of the reasons why I use Firefox as I use Blackboard for my university websites.
IE7 is not very compatible with Blackboard but if you go back to IE6 it will work. Not sure why, just something they didn’t cater for in their new version.
