let me say that files detected as trojans by mcafee are differently handled than "unwanted programs" there is an option to trust a potentially unwanted program, but with files detected as trojans, it just gives me a green check saying that the trojan was removed with no option not to delete it in the future, so i need to disable my virus scanner in order to not have it removed again when restoring it.
it acts as a trojan by generating random values but this file in particular has been confirmed by dozens of people that its clean. it is an exe file i ran on my computer months ago and nothing bad has ever happened.
i still want mcafee to remove unknown viruses but i want it to stop removing this file in particular

remove that anti virus it is the worst antivirus i ever used,
well if u want to make that file safe from antivirus then compress it via winrar and protect it with password.
