I'm having issues with my AT&T Internet Security Suite powered by McAfee®. Just recently, it was giving me error messages and saying that my computer was not protected. I was able to click the "Fix" button and then I get another error message saying that I need to re-install the software. After a "successful" download, i get a Microsoft Debug error and the software doesn't install. AT&T support is no help. THey tell me to get help from Microsoft. Yeah, right. Any thoughts or ideas?

I have the same problem…..This happened to me a couple of days ago….and also find no help from AT&T. I have an additional problem that I believe must be related. I cannot access my Contacts list in e-mail address book, nor will the To: field auto-populate after I type the first few characters or so……I see that your problem occurred in May….has it been resolved? Thanks

Having the same problem. When I “fix” it says a response is needed but that is all and you cannot link to anything else. I thought this was a free program when they had me get rid of Norton but perhaps that was a trial. That would be bait and switch
